XTech Gear is pleased to announce that our Customer Portal system Phase One has been completed and implemented. The portal will allow you to create your own Ticket Numbers by entering as much or as little information as you like to receive your ticket number.  You can also upload spreadsheets, PDFs or word documents with the details if you wish. You'll then receive an email with the Ticket Number and the information you entered so you have a copy.
